Friends of Michigan Animals Rescue offers microchipping at Petco Westland every 3rd Saturday of the month and at various other events through out the year. Check out the calendar section of the website to find out when our microchipping events are scheduled. Each microchip is $25.00 each.
Download, complete and bring the below form with you. If you are unable to download the form they will be available at each microchipping event as well.

How to update your pet's information once they have been micro chipped by FMAR:
1. Go to the Micro Chip Providers website:
http://www.24petwatch.com
2. On the top left, there is a section for "Pet Owners." Click on: "Forgot Password"
3. The website will then prompt you to enter your e-mail address. Enter the e-mail address you filled out on the Micro Chip Application (this is the e-mail that FMAR used).
4. Click, "Submit"

24 PetWatch will e-mail you, your password within minutes.
6. Retrieve the password from your e-mail.
7. Go back to
http://www.24petwatch.com, and in the "Pet Owners" section enter your e-mail address and password. Than click "login".
8. You are now ready to update all the information on the micro chip including address, phone number, emergency contact etc. You can even add a picture of your pet!
